Soil Testing
The first step towards a healthy lawn is healthy soil with properly balanced nutrients to ensure the growth of a strong
root system. We test your soil and amend it with organics to build a strong base that will draw the roots deep and encourage healthy turf.
When testing your soil Molloy Landscape looks for deficiencies in calcium, nitrogen, iron, and/or sulfur. The ph level is also analyzed. Treating the deficiencies correctly and creating the perfect balance will result in a lush beautiful
lawn that will be stronger, more weed resistant, and draught tolerant.
Full-Seed Application
In full-seed applications we lay an even layer of premium seed and cover (straw, recycled paper mulch, or erosion blankets where necessary). The best time to lay seed is early fall, before the leaves drop, or early spring. Regular deep watering is critical for strong root development.
Sod
We ‘picture frame’ the sod, laying the outer edges first working inwards, staggering the sod as we lay. The result is healthier more secure edges and prevents the end-piece dry out that can occur when the edges are cut and trimmed to fit.
Regular deep watering is critical for strong root development.
